UPDATE on TRIBAL SERVICES
In accordance with ECN policy and procedures, especially at a time like this – RULES must be followed. I have received more than 100+ requests from our ECN membership for Emergency Support in the last 3 days.
Please be patient and submit your completed application with supporting documents.
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY THE FOLLOWING PRIORITY LEVELS ARE IMPLEMENTED:
PRIORITY (TRIAGE):
Priority 1 – Off reserve members who have NEVER applied for assistance
Priority 2 – Off reserve members who have applied previously & require Emergency RENT or UTILITIES
Priority 3 – ELDERS
Priority 4 – On reserve membership (case by case)
INELIGIBLE CLIENTS: Income Support, Employed and Clients who are at Max Benefits.
Support Services is ONE agency of assistance, I am asking members to seek out their local Alberta Works, Food Banks, Health center, Friendship Center, etc. for additional emergency support.”
