Important Notice for New Applicants

Your application for Income Assistance will not be processed until the following documents are submitted with your intake package:

  • R.O.E - Record Of Employment if your last source of income was through employment
  • Letter from Service Canada Stating that you are NOT on E.I
  • Income Tax Assessment (CCTB/GST)
  • Bank Statement
  • NO EXCEPTIONS
