Crews assessed the current water outage in the townsite and core area today, they have found the stoppage to have been caused by an electrical issue.
Note: This is not part of the planned maintenance that is scheduled to be conducted on the water system on the 1st of May.
More updates will be provided once the full scope of repair is determined for the water system to be operational.
For those with low water pressure, we recommend that you store what you’re able to at this time, fill jugs of drinking water and buckets for extra water.
