Hello, my name is Osamuskwasis Roan.I am from Pigeon Lake, Alberta. I come from the Cree and Tsuu T’ina Nations. I dance women’s jingle and have danced the entirety of my life. My life revolves around my culture, language and family. I am a fashion designer, artist and an advocate for Indigenous languages. I’m honoured to have been chosen as this years head lady dancer.
