This is a friendly reminder to update your personal information with the Membership/Finance Departments, ONLY if changes apply to you:
– Direct Deposit (Account changes/closed accounts)
– If care & custody of Ermineskin children has changed, (Parents, Guardians) will need to send documents; Court Documents, CRA Information, Support Letters from agencies, schools, doctors, etc.
– Change of address for mailing out cheques
