Support Services is available for adult ECN Citizens who require short-term financial assistance. To apply for future assistance, please use the link below.
Step 1: Please complete an application at the following link:
Step 2: Submit your required documents;
– For utilities, please provide a copy of the utility bill.
– For Rent/Damage Deposit please provide the Rental/Lease agreement.
One clear picture/page can be emailed or texted to (780)-362-2111.
Step 3: Payment is made directly to the utility provider or the landlord via cheque.
**Please note, ECN’s operating hours are Tuesday & Thursday from 10am-4pm. No same-day benefits.**
