Special Olympics Alberta, Maskwacis Parents Place, & U of A teamed together to host this engagement event for Maskwacis Families of Children with Disabilities. They are planning a culturally meaningful sports and recreation program in Maskwacis that blends Special Olympics Activities with Cree Traditional games, and want to hear from Families on what they would like to see for this. If there is enough interest and engagement, Special Olympics games could be held here in Maskwacis.
