Congratulations to the Ponoka Broncs (Brock, Dom, Westin, Ethan, Kaleb, Easton) for winning the 3A Zone Championship and advancing to the 3A Provincials next week! Huge shout to Kimowan O. for representing on the opposing team. All the Maskwacis players make me proud!
I had the pleasure to coach all these boys at A.I.G. for Bear Hills Basketball and they are some of the most respectful and kind young men. So it pulls on my heart strings to see them battle at a high level! They are awesome role models future Indigenous hoopers in our area.
