Reminder to be aware of telephone scams.
Members are reporting a telephone scam regarding Direct Energy:
People are calling asking for your personal information, and credit card information.
This should not be given over the phone to those “claiming” to be a business or organization.
Verify the company you are speaking to are who they say they are.
Talk to your family, your elders and warn them to be aware.
Be safe.
