Maskwacis Health Services is offering Prenatal Education classes to support you through every stage of your pregnancy journey. These classes provide education, connection, and support in a welcoming environment.
👶 Early Pregnancy Group Classes
For women who are thinking about pregnancy or are less than 22 weeks pregnant.

🍎 Snacks provided | Support people welcome
🤰 Late Pregnancy Group Classes
For women who are more than 22 weeks pregnant, focusing on labor, birth, and the first weeks with a newborn.
📅 Next class: January 27
⏰ Time: 5:00 – 7:30 PM
📍 Location: Teaching Room, Maskwacis Health Services

💻 Online Prenatal Classes
Complete at your own pace and learn about pregnancy changes, labor and birth, and caring for your newborn.
🩺 One-to-One Prenatal Sessions
Nurses at MHS are available for individual prenatal education sessions (approximately 3.5 hours).
🕘 Available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
🚗 Transportation may be available.
✔ Completion of late pregnancy classes, online classes, or 1:1 sessions may make you eligible for a car seat (must be completed before 34 weeks gestation).
