Please join me on Friday October 24th at 7:30pm as we open two exhibitions at the Art Gallery of Alberta – nâpêhkâsowinowâk ᓇᐯᐦᑲᓱᐃᐧᓄᐊᐧᐠ and Nabe Gduzahan: The Work of Eugene Alexis
Together, these two exhibitions form a dialogue between collective and individual expression, nâpêhkâsowinowâk amplifies the voices of many; Nabe Gduzahan offers the intimate vision of one. Both affirming the spirit of Indigenous storytelling, alive in every word, every color, and every act of creation.
