Our Grade 5F students have been busy making music with Mr. Soosay!
Students have been learning about instruments, melodies, and rhythms, building their skills and confidence along the way. It’s been amazing to see their growth as they explore sound, timing, and creativity together.
They are now working towards performing La Bamba (just in time for the playoffs!) and the Grandmother’s Song, which is an exciting opportunity to showcase all that they have been learning.
We are so proud of our awasak for their hard work and teamwork, and thankful to Mr. Soosay for sharing his knowledge and passion for music with our students. Ah hay!
