Great speeches by indigenous relations minister of Alberta, Rick Wilson , MMIW Advocate Debra Strongman, Montana Cree Nation Councillor Chase McDougall – Rabbit, Montana First Nation Councillor Reggie Rabbitt and Samson Cree Nation Councillor Katherine Swampy, Wetaskiwin Councillor Gabrielle Alexa Blatz-Morgan, Stephanie Harpe and Suzanne Notokwaw Isinwachi Life-Yeomans.

It was so great to see RCMP WALK THE ENTIRE LENGTH IN FULL UNIFORM AND BOOTS.

Pretty amazing day to walk and raise awareness of missing and murdered women, girls, and two spirits.
Hate to Hope once again partnered with the city of Wetaskiwin and Wetaskiwin District Heritage Museum Centre & Star Store.
This is the second year I co-rganized the walk. We are hoping to make it an annual pilgrimage.
