MHS invites you to get your First or SECOND Dose of the Moderna Vaccine. There are registered nurses on-site to answer any questions or concerns you may have in regards to the vaccine.
*For Second Dose*
If you have received your first shot on July 6th or PRIOR, you are eligible for your second dose.
After 4 weeks of the first dose, you can go to get the second dose 🙂
