ECN Hours of Operations have changed to increase to 10 am to 3 pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays.
ECN Buildings remain closed to the Public, services are available BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Call Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10 am – 3 pm to book appointment for services for departments.
*ECN is Closed July 1, 2020 Holiday – Canada Day
Security Personnel will now only operate and secure Barriers from 6 pm to 6am daily.
Curfew will remain in place from 10 am to 6 am.
**Exception will be July 1 ,2020 when Curfew will start at 12 midnight to 6 am, for the one night only.**
