Autism awareness is important, especially to First Nations communities such as Maskwacis. There is always room to learn and to grow as supports for those who have autism, as well as those who care for them.
Today, Integrated Family Services hosted a walk and information session with guests from New Zealand for the families, friends, and general public of the four nations to discuss the needs and vision for the programs and services, as well as the resources required for individuals who fall under the autism spectrum umbrella.
