Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) team will be on hand to assist the public in applying for the SCIS cards ( Indian Status Cards) at NO CHARGE on Friday, September 23rd, 2022 at the Neyaskweyahk Okimaw Kamik (N.O.K) building from 9:30am-3pm during the Ermineskin Treaty Annuity payments.
Please bring required identification.

Birth Certificate
Driver’s Licence
Passport
Provincial Identification card
Health Care Card (actual card)
Photo Employee Identification card with digitized photo
Student Identification card with digitized photo
Firearms Licence
Non-Acceptable Identification: Photocopies of documents, SIN numbers, Mail, Bank cards, Temporary issued I.D (temporary issued driver’s license paper receipt)
