The weight room has treadmills, various bikes and benches, stair climbers, dumbbells as well as yoga mats, medicine or yoga balls, battle ropes, jump ropes, and even heavy bags!
You get the whole gym to yourself! A personal trainer is also in the building if you would like some tips or a spotter! Everything is sanitized after each booking.
