Nehiyawewin Week at MCHS!
Lots happening today during Nehiyawewin week here at MCHS. Elder Ms. Littlepoplar and counsellor, Ms Johnson showing the students how to cook bannock over a fire. Students helping make the dough and kokum and Ms Johnson sharing their knowledge about cooking over the fire with the students. 🥰 All students enjoying their cooked bannock with conversations with kokum and Ms Johnson around a fire in the cultural room.
