Good morning, although the ECN Administration and Depts will be shutting down till 1pm again due to dense fog, and driving visibility is less than 50 meters, as per policy.
That said, PCD Per Capita Distribution will be the exception that WILL CONTINUE as planned as per its scheduled time at NOK.
