She emphasizes inclusive and innovative collaboration, authentic stakeholder engagement, and understanding historical and cultural awareness.

Ruby is of Treaty 6 descent. She comes from the Wandering Spirit bloodline and is one of Big Bears’ revered spiritual warriors.
