Step 2: Submit your required documents- for utilities, please provide a copy of the utility bill. For Rent/Damage Deposit please provide the Rental/Lease agreement. One clear picture/page can be emailed or texted to (780)-362-2111.
Payment is made directly to utility provider or landlord via cheque.
Please note, ECN’s operating hours are Tuesdays & Thursdays from 10am-2pm. No same day benefits.
