Urban Off-Reserve funding that was given to the Maskwacis Cree Nations for our community members living in Calgary and Edmonton. It is signed and approved by our board and the chairman of the MCTC, Todd Bull.
The purpose of the letter is so that the people of Maskwacis can get a bit of clarity and understanding of those funds and what they are meant for.
