What an exciting playoff game for the U-13 Hawks team! They had a DJ playing through out the game, the arena was jumping!
Hawks had a 3 goal lead early and Ponoka came back to tie the game. Both goalies made some great saves! Hawks forwards kept on the pressure making 30 shots on net. And the Hawks defense stopped some Stampeder’s breakaway attempts, overall a great effort from the entire Hawks team! Great game!
Hawks play the Ponoka Stampeders again for game 2 of the playoffs at the Ponoka arena this Sunday at 3:45pm.
