The Kanawemahwasowin-Kamik Back to School BBQ was a huge success, with over 250 attendees celebrating the start of the 2025-2026 school year. It was a fun-filled afternoon featuring activities such as bouncy castles, face painting, balloon art, and a cute petting zoo! Every youth in attendance received a new backpack filled with school supplies. We would like to thank all the staff at K.K.I. who made this event possible, and we hope the students enjoy the new school year! 📚🎓✏️🏫
