Today at EES, our students took part in an awesome Nehiyawatsowin activity!
They had the opportunity to learn about traditional snaring and explore the outdoors while identifying and studying animal tracks. It was an engaging, hands-on experience that connected students to land-based learning and deepened their understanding of traditional knowledge and skills.
We are so proud of the curiosity, respect, and enthusiasm our students showed throughout the day. Experiences like this help bring learning to life in meaningful and memorable ways.
What a fantastic day of learning outside the classroom!
