As a couple of Grade 11 students from Maskwacis who attend Mamawi Atosketan Native School Elias Mykat and Kenyon Bull classmates / cousins / brothers made their mark on a national platform in Abu Dhabi and won the prestigious Zayed Sustainability Prize , honoured by The ruler of Abu Dhabi, and the current President of the United Arab Emirates his Highness Sheik Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan MBZ ! , is something we didn’t imagine was even possible , but thanks to Mamawi Atosketan Native School and the guidance and support of Ray and Melanie and all the staff who made this all a reality for a couple of Maskwacis Grade 11 students to experience this once in a lifetime experience !! we are beyond grateful, proud and full of immense gratitude for all who made this possible
