Wetaskiwin Orange Shirt Day 2018
Hosted by the Wetaskiwin Heritage Museum as part of their Cultural Days Weekend.
The chilly weather did not stop participants from showing their support for the Orange Shirt Day Walk. The 3nd annual walk was followed by a prayer and words from elder Richard Lightning, a roundance, as well as a powwow performance celebrating the Cree culture. Thank you Wetaskiwin for your solidarity and miyo wahkohtowin, good relations.
