New Unit or Sub Division Unit Application

Provided is a PDF of the application to request eithera a new unit or subdivision unit. When applying, please be advised that any INCOMPLETE applicatinos will be screened out. You will need to include the following for a completed application:


  • Photo I.D., Status Card, Birth Certificate, or Alberta Health Care Card for yourself, as well as your spouse
  • Photo I.D., Status Card, Birth Certificate, or Alberta Health Care Card for ALL DEPENDANTS who will be residing with you
  • Verification of Employment Letter
  • Verification of Income Support Caseworker or A.I.S.H. Worker
  • Reference Letter from Previous Landlords
  • Reference Letter of previous Lawful Occupant, family member you last lived with
  • Personal reference letter from family, friend, coworker, etc.
  • Attached letter to further explain your housing needs
  • Band Council Resolution (BCR) to verify your land approval
  • Criminal Record Check (Please note that it is not required at this time. If approved, for a new unit or subdivision unit, it will be MANDATORY)
